New Cedar Heights Adult Family Home, LLC’s mission is to provide loving, competent, and safe care to frail elderly in our family home’s atmosphere. We believe that people need to feel loved, wanted, useful, and important. Therefore, we encourage independence in self-care and when necessary, we provide assistance in a kind and loving manner. We treat our residents with respect and dignity and view them as wise adults, even when afflicted with a cognitive deficit. We give the sort of care we would like to receive if our roles were reversed.

We aim to improve each resident’s quality of life by bringing joy each day and ensuring that their family members are free from worry while their loved one is under our care. We achieve this by being competent, caring, proactive, and by working as a harmonious team to ensure that all residents receive the best possible care. This approach naturally builds respect, trust, and “likability.”

We comply with, maintain, and exceed all Washington State laws and requirements. To achieve our goal and mission statement, we only hire and retain individuals who are most caring, competent, qualified, and emotionally mature.
